Contract & Flexibility

Management clients start on a 3-month minimum, because good strategy needs time. After that, rolling monthly with 30 days notice. Consulting and strategy sessions are one-off, no minimum.

Yes, we work with clients across time zones. All communication is asynchronous-friendly and we'll work around your schedule wherever you are.

We invest heavily in understanding how you communicate during onboarding, reviewing your existing content, asking detailed questions about your tone and language, and often having a conversation that we use to analyse your natural communication style. We document this in a brand voice guide that everything is written against. After the first month, most clients say they can't tell the difference.

After the initial 3-month period, contracts roll monthly. You can continue month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. We'll always give you enough notice if we're no longer able to take on your work, and we'll provide a full handover document and content archive so you're never left scrambling.
